Retired government employees have the right to timely pension disbursement. Delays beyond 3 months are actionable.

Contact AGPR (Accountant General) office or provincial pension department. Submit pension book and retirement order.

AGPR / Provincial Pension Department / Treasury Office

File complaint with AGPR and department head. Escalate to Ombudsman if unresolved in 30 days.
