Land record (fard) not being provided

Every landowner has the right to obtain copy of land record (Fard) from Patwari or Land Record office.

Visit Patwari or Arazi Record Center with CNIC and land details. Fard should be issued within 3 working days.

Patwari / Arazi Record Center / Board of Revenue

Complain to Tehsildar or Board of Revenue if Patwari refuses or delays.

I requested Fard for Khasra [NUMBER] in [VILLAGE] on [DATE] but Patwari [NAME] has not provided it. I request immediate issuance.
