B-Form for child not being issued

Every child born in Pakistan has the right to a B-Form (Child Registration Certificate). Parents can apply at any NADRA center.

Visit NADRA center with child's birth certificate, parents' CNICs, and hospital birth record. Apply for B-Form (CRC). Processing takes 7-15 days.

If delayed beyond 15 days, contact NADRA helpline 051-111-786-100 or visit regional office with application receipt.
