Your Right

Every worker has the right to a safe workplace free from harassment. Protection Against Harassment of Women at Workplace Act applies to all workplaces.

What You Should Do

Report to Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) if workplace has 50+ employees. For smaller workplaces, report to Ombudsperson or Labour Department.

Complaint Guidance

File written complaint with Ombudsperson office or Labour Department. Investigation must begin within 30 days.

Sample Complaint
