Shops must sell at printed or displayed price. Overcharging is illegal under Price Control and Prevention of Profiteering laws.

Note the overcharged item and price. Request official receipt. Report to District Administration or Consumer Protection Council.

District Administration / Price Control Magistrate

File complaint with District Coordination Officer (DCO) office or Price Control Magistrate with receipt and evidence.
